Universal works for Insurance, Banking, Sales and Marketing and Tele-Marketing companies also in the same Year.

In the Year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Company achieved highest numbers of Recruitment and Training Business. Company has various plans to develop more Training centers and provide its services to all over the Gujarat in 2009-2010.

Company started working in the field of Pay-roll Management and Outsourcing in the Yr. 2009-2010.
